BAHAR ATVUR

Bahar Atvur is a Turkish-American writer and executive producer. In addition to her broader client work and creating content with Watland, Atvur writes and produces for Queen Latifah (a role she's held since 2013), writes for Gwyneth Paltrow's "Goop" podcast, and is Creative Director of a 2026 event on "moral innovation" to be held at the Vatican and convened by the nonprofit Aurora. Atvur's past credits include projects with MTV, NBC, Sony, Harpo, Vice, Travel, Lifetime, BET, FOX, Hearst, Billboard, and Vanity Fair.

Atvur's ongoing international focus is helping to expand Shanti Bhavan Children’s Project, a residential education program that has successfully disrupted generational poverty for families that earn less than $2 a day (as seen on Netflix's Daughters of Destiny). 

Atvur is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a Presidential Leadership Scholar. She holds both a BA in Entertainment Business and an MBA in Corporate Finance from New York University.

JORDAN WATLAND

Jordan Watland is an Emmy Award-winning producer and a WGA Award-nominated writer. Presently, in addition to creating with Atvur, he serves as Head Writer and Co-Executive Producer for four-time Emmy-winning "Outstanding Entertainment Talk Show," The Kelly Clarkson Show. Under his leadership, the series became the first daytime talk show in history to be nominated in the Best Comedy/Variety category at the Writers Guild of America Awards.

Previously, Watland produced some of the biggest series in late night comedy and syndicated talk, including: Jimmy Kimmel Live, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Katie Couric Show, The Late Late Show, The Martha Stewart Show, Steve Harvey, and Bill Nye Saves the World. He also co-created and executive produced the Netflix comedy panel show, The Fix

Outside of television, Watland writes essays, short stories, and novels. He is a former NCAA All-American swimmer and a proud member of the Writers Guild of America West.
